Got this directly from the website , it was initially not available in the website but the sales representative whom I spoke to on WhatsApp was very helpful and was listed by evening .
Coming to the product itself , very nicely built and it was shipped with appropriate packaging. No damage . Has all the components and books needed to start using . There were something not clearly mentioned in the book or the video for that matter, eg: how to slide the seat or how to loosen up the shoulder belt , I might have missed it but had to spend a day to figure it out .

Overall happy and hope it stays true to their promise.
